Terms and conditions:

1) Ezakki card will be delivered to those natural persons who complete the current contract form and its costs include issuing the card, initial charge and its deposit (which will be returned to him after Ezakki returns the card) to The broker or representative of the company has paid officially.

2) The Ezakki card applicant must personally complete the contract and application form that he receives from the company's office or authorized representative in the presence of the relevant supervisors and sign the terms and conditions. The applicant's profile must be objectively consistent with the provisions contained in his identity documents.

3) Providing authentication documents when applying for a card.

4) The Ezakki card has an exclusive number and the date of issue written on it.

5) The bank will provide each of the Ezakki card applicants with a confidential code number known as an individual identification number so that he can use the card and the said code number to confirm his identity in order to use the card services.

6) The holder of the Ezakki card must strictly refrain from disclosing the personal identification number and also handing over his card to other persons.

7) The holder of the Ezakki card is committed to maintain and maintain his Ezakki card with the utmost care.

8) If the card is lost or stolen, the holder of the Ezakki card must deactivate the card immediately by contacting the company and then submit a request for cancellation and settlement of the balance by visiting one of the company's branches.

9) Delivery of a new card by transferring the balance of the invalid card to it will require re-completion of this form and re-payment of the fee.

10) The company will not bear any responsibility for the losses that occur to the Izaki card holder during the time between the loss or theft and the notification to the company.

11) If the loss or theft of the card and the disclosure of the personal identification number are not reported to the bank by the card holder, any damages and losses due to the misuse of the aforementioned card shall be borne by the person in whose name the card was issued and the carrier company. will be of any responsibility.

12) The company can report all suspicious matters and information related to suspected persons in relation to lost and stolen cards to law enforcement and judicial authorities to be prosecuted.

13) If the bank finds out in writing that the cardholder is dead, insane or stoned, the card will be deactivated and the balance will be in accordance with the terms and conditions.

The current law of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the country of the holder's residence will be applied, and in case of receiving the order of the judicial authorities, it will be carried out according to the order of the aforementioned authorities.

15) In case the Izaki card holder forgets the personal identification number, he must complete, sign and deliver the personal identification number request form by referring to the company. After issuing a new personal identification number, the card holder must hand over it by presenting the identity documents.

16) Izaki card will be deactivated due to repeatedly entering the wrong personal identification number. In this case, the company will reactivate and return the card according to the written request of the card holder and after authentication.

17) In cases where the issued Izaki card becomes unusable due to reasons such as breakage and folding of the card, loss of information contained in the magnetic strip or loss of letters on the card, the company will charge a fee for replacement according to the card holder's request. It will act.

18) In addition to the legal cases, if the Izaki card holder does not comply with the terms and regulations, the company can deactivate his card at any time and without prior notice and deprive the card holder of its facilities and services and from renewing, extending and or refuse to change the card.

19) In cases where the company is not able to provide card services due to reasons such as failure of the receiving system's computer devices, communication lines, unavoidable events and things beyond the company's control, the company will not be held responsible.

20) Documents, books, reports as well as electronic operations in the computer system files of the company and the bank will be valid against the claim of the card holders.

21) If the company mistakenly or improperly adds funds or items to the card under any heading, or makes any kind of mistake in the calculation, at any time, it is authorized and authorized to correct the mistake and return it independently and without any formalities. Use the card.

22) The company has the right to determine and change the number of daily operations or limit payment by card through accelerated sales terminal devices.

23) The company can make necessary changes in the regulations and conditions of issuing and using the card whenever it deems appropriate, and the card holders will be obliged to comply and implement it.

24) The quantity and quality of goods and services provided by the card acceptors to the card holders has nothing to do with the company, and if the goods and services are not accepted by the card holder after the transaction, the company is not responsible for any objections and claims. The card holder will not have any rights against the card acceptors.

25) The customer is required to go to the branch or the office of the company to get it within three months from the date of the card request. If you do not go there within the said period, the requested code and the card assigned by the branch will be canceled and will be filed in the records, it is obvious. Requesting a card will require payment of the relevant fee.
